Since 2011 I work at the Center for Mediation and Law (http://www.mediacia.com) and later also joined Federal Institute of Mediation (both in Moscow). I’m also a member of Russia’s National Organization of Mediators.
As a family mediator I worked in more than 20 cases (including complicated cross-border and child abduction cases). I practice both settlement-focused facilitative model and transformative model of mediation.
My first encounter with transformative model was in 2013, when I studied “Transformative Dialogue in the Context of Ethnopolitical Conflict” at Nansen Peace Center (Lillehammer, Norway). In 2014 I took an “Advanced course in Transformative Mediation” with Joe Folger (Ljubljana,Slovenia).
